The Stella Boys will be doing a Super Heroes Run (please note, the run will now take place on 13TH JUNE now and NOT the 6th June.

It would be fantastic if we had your support on this, The Stellas aren`t the fittest of lads, so this will be a challange for them, but the preperation & training will be worth it.
Let us know what costumes you want them to wear.  It's your choice, details on location will be issued soon.
Every little bit helps, and will make a massive difference.
After reading the text below, simply click on the image below, this will take you to the donation site, and provide more info on this challange.

They will be running, Jogging, or indeed crawling a 5K stretch in aid of the  Anti Slavery International Charity.

“Anti Slavery International is the world’s oldest human rights organisation and is the only charity in the United Kingdom to work exclusively against all forms of contemporary slavery - tackling forced labour, debt bondage, descent based slavery, forced domestic work, human trafficking and sexual exploitation.

Anti-Slavery International's work has produced real change. Throughout the last century, the organization was involved in many successful campaigns, such as those to stop the abuse of rubber workers in the Belgian Congo and the use of child slaves - Mui Tsai - in Hong Kong .

Nepal (2002), Niger (2003), Brazil (2003) and Mauritania (2007) are some of the countries which have introduced laws so that slavery practices are prohibited and properly punished. These reforms have led to the release of more than 100,000 people from slavery.

Anti Slavery International currently have new projects in Peru and Costa Rica that tackle the abuse of child domestic workers as young as seven years old. The support of the public is vital to the success of such projects.”
